It contains materials from the Faery Shaman's Apprenticeship Program that has long been available through the Society of Celtic Shamans. There are four appendices and an extensive Glossary of terms and names particular to Celtic Faery Shamanism. There are a number of exercises to help you attune yourself to the energies of each season. This book is an invaluable reference for students enrolled in the Faery Shaman's Apprenticeship Program and for folks who want to learn more about Shining Country pathwork but are not ready to make the commitment to begin a full, mentored apprenticeship.
